This is a retroactive update.

Praise God, there were no adverse reactions as the marrow was being infused.  The infusion went over an hour and two nurses were watching him the whole time, checking vitals every 5 minutes.  Jeremy was heavily medicated, including Benadryl, so he was asleep for the entire infusion.

Shortly after the infusion, Jeremy started shaking.  He was trembling on and off for about 30 minutes before he spiked a fever.  He was already on antibiotic prophylaxis, so that was the most they could do.  He woke up for a little bit because he had to use the potty and vomited as we were changing him.  The nurse gave him some Tylenol and he went back to sleep after we cleaned him up.  He awoke a few hours later, still with a slight fever, but feeling better.  He had some dry cereal and milk to snack on and spent a few hours awake playing Legos and watching a movie.  Praise God, by the time he went to bed again, the fever had subsided.

Praise God, the rest of the evening was uneventful.  Here is Jeremy’s official Day 0 picture.
